1. About ART TRIBE

ART TRIBE is a dance and movement training centre offering classes, workshops, performance training, and related artistic programmes across various dance styles, including Hip Hop, Breaking, House, Locking, Popping, Waacking, Choreography, and other dance forms.

2. Registration and Enrolment

• Students must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide consent for students under 18 years of age.

• Enrolment is subject to batch availability, class capacity, and confirmation by ART TRIBE.

• Registration or membership fees, where applicable, will be communicated before enrolment.

• Students must follow the studio's rules and instructions from authorised instructors
   

3. Fees and Payments

• Class fees, registration fees, workshop charges, and other applicable costs will be communicated before payment.

• Fees must be paid according to the payment schedule specified for the selected programme.

• Promotional offers, discounts, and package prices are subject to their stated terms and validity periods.

• Students are responsible for verifying the selected programme, duration, and applicable charges before completing payment.

• Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed where required.

4. Attendance and Missed Classes

• Students should arrive on time and attend classes regularly.

• Students are responsible for tracking their enrolled batch timings and studio announcements.

• Missed classes due to personal reasons, late arrival, or absence are not automatically eligible for replacement classes or fee adjustments.

• Make-up classes, where offered, are subject to studio approval, availability, and the applicable programme policy.

• ART TRIBE may adjust class timings or instructors when reasonably necessary.

5. Cancellations, Refunds and Memberships

• Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and membership-extension conditions will be communicated at the time of booking or enrolment.

• Refund requests must be submitted to ART TRIBE through its official contact channels.

• Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the communicated policy and applicable law.

• Special terms may apply to workshops, events, promotional offers, and discounted packages.

• ART TRIBE will communicate material changes to scheduled classes or programmes and explain available options where a class or programme is cancelled by the studio.

6. Health, Safety and Physical Activity

Dance training involves physical activity and may carry risks, including muscle soreness, falls, and accidental injury.

• Students should inform their instructor of relevant physical limitations or injuries that may affect safe participation.

• Students are responsible for participating within their physical capabilities and following safety instructions.

• Appropriate clothing, footwear, hydration, and personal preparation are expected for the selected class.

• Students must use studio equipment and facilities responsibly.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the safe participation of minors.

• ART TRIBE will take reasonable measures to maintain a safe training environment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Student Conduct

All students are expected to treat instructors, staff, fellow students, and visitors respectfully.

The following are not permitted:

• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, or abusive behaviour.

• Deliberate damage to studio property or equipment.

• Disruptive conduct that compromises the safety or learning experience of others.

• Recording or distributing another person's private content without appropriate permission.

ART TRIBE may issue warnings, restrict participation, or suspend or terminate enrolment for serious or repeated misconduct, subject to applicable law and any relevant contractual obligations.

8. Children and Parental Responsibility

• Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate contact and emergency information for minors.

• Parents or guardians must communicate relevant safety concerns to the studio.

• Collection and drop-off arrangements must follow the studio's communicated procedures.

• Children must follow age-appropriate safety instructions and instructor guidance.

• Photography or video involving minors for promotional purposes requires appropriate consent.

9. Photography, Video and Promotional Content

ART TRIBE may photograph or record classes, workshops, performances, and events for training documentation or promotional purposes.

• Promotional use of identifiable student images or videos requires appropriate consent.

• For students under 18, consent must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian where required.

• Students or guardians may contact ART TRIBE to discuss or withdraw consent for future promotional use, subject to applicable law and the practical limitations of content already published or distributed.

• Students must not record or publish other participants' images without appropriate permission.

10. Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, original teaching materials, and other content created or owned by ART TRIBE are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or modify ART TRIBE-owned content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Students retain their own rights in original work they create, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms.
